Last updated: 9 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data Creativoo collects when you visit creativoo.net, why we collect it, and what choices you have. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the site, understand how it is used and support it through affiliate partnerships.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller for creativoo.net is Creativoo, operated by M. Enachi, Romania.
Contact for any privacy question or request: contact@creativoo.net
2. What data we collect
Data collected automatically
- Usage and device data, only if you accept analytics cookies: pages viewed, time on page, approximate location (country or city), browser, device type and the site that referred you.
- Clicks on outbound and affiliate links, only if you accept analytics cookies: which link was clicked and where on the page, so we can see which resources are useful.
- Your cookie choice: a record of whether you accepted, rejected or customised cookies, so we do not ask again on every page.
- Security data: IP addresses involved in failed login attempts to the site administration area, used only to block attacks.
Data you give us
- Emails you send us: your name, email address and the content of your message.
- Comments, if you leave one: the name, email address and comment text you submit.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not collect sensitive categories of data.
3. Why we use your data and the legal basis
| Purpose | Legal basis (GDPR) |
|---|---|
| Running and securing the website | Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) |
| Remembering your cookie choice | Legal obligation and legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(c) and (f)) |
| Website analytics and affiliate click measurement | Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time |
| Answering your emails and comments | Legitimate interest in responding to you (Art. 6(1)(f)) |
4. Analytics and Google Consent Mode
We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited. Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them. Before you make a choice, or if you reject analytics, we use Google Consent Mode: Google may receive a cookieless signal that a page was viewed, without analytics cookies being stored on your device. Google uses this to model aggregate statistics.
More information: Google Privacy Policy and how Google uses data from sites that use its services.
5. Affiliate links
Some links on Creativoo are affiliate links to partners such as Fiverr, ElevenLabs and GetResponse, managed through networks including PartnerStack and Awin. When you click one, you leave creativoo.net and the partner or network may set its own cookies on its website to attribute a purchase or signup to us. Those cookies are controlled by the partner, under its own privacy policy. We do not receive your payment details or the contents of your purchase, only aggregated commission reports.
Read more on our Affiliate Disclosure page.
6. Who we share data with
- Google, for analytics, only with your consent.
- Our hosting provider, which stores the website and its server logs.
- WordPress plugins we run on our own server, for cookie consent, security, caching and email delivery. They process data on our behalf.
- Authorities, only when the law requires it.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, they rely on safeguards recognised under GDPR, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. How long we keep data
- Analytics data: up to 14 months in Google Analytics.
- Your cookie choice: up to 12 months, after which we ask again.
- Consent records: up to 12 months.
- Emails and comments: as long as needed to deal with your message, then deleted unless you ask us to keep them.
- Security logs: for a short period needed to detect and block attacks.
8. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. To exercise any right, email contact@creativoo.net. We reply within one month.
You can change your cookie choice at any time using the cookie icon at the bottom of every page.
You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. In Romania this is the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP). You can also contact the authority in the EU country where you live.
9. Children
Creativoo is written for business owners and professionals. It is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Changes to this policy
